The combination of a weakening economy, the collapse of the subprime sector of the mortgage industry, home values depreciating more than they have in 20 years, and record foreclosures, has left many homeowners in a situation where they can no long afford their mortgage payments. Unfortunately, many of them are unable to qualify for traditional refinance due to their credit history or lack of equity (including owing even more than their house is worth).

We specialize solely in home loan modifications. EZ Home Modifications does not do refinances, purchases, short sales, foreclosures, etc or just do loan modifications on the side. Loan modifications is all we do and we do them really well. We have a full time attorney on staff, our employees are also knowledgeable in what the differnt investors (not just the lenders) are basing their approvals on (guidelines), and we have a service pledge and client guarantee program.

This decision was made so the highest quality of service can be maintained for our current clients. 5/30/2009 - we have added 2 new features, the first is a prequalifier tool that is done by our legal team - it's not a software algorithm since it's impossible to "work backwards" and find what the lenders are looking for. The second thing we have added is some sampling of the results we've been getting (on the Results page). More to come soon!

Obama's plan March 4, 2009:
  • Modify loan terms with recent tax returns and 2 paystubs and affidavit of hardship
  • Loans before January 1, 2009 and less than $730,000
  • Part 2 will refinance homeowners into affordableed fixed rate loans
  • Loans owned by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
  • Bankruptcy judges cannot change the terms of loans.
